OUR SOBER LIVING PROGRAM
Our sober living program offers transitional housing for men that are ready to work on long term recovery. It focuses on sobriety, work, and personal accountability and gives clients the opportunity to establish healthy, sober relationships within a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Our program is an all pathways program, meaning that it does not require participants to adhere to any specific addiction recovery program. Instead, we empower individuals to choose the recovery pathway that best fits their needs and preferences. Whether it’s Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, or any other support group or therapeutic approach, our program supports your journey to sobriety on the path that feels right for you.
What you need to know
Most of our clients come from various drug and alcohol treatment centers throughout Colorado and the United States. Clients typically stay for three to twelve months and there is no maximum length of stay as long as clients are in full compliance with the program. Applicants with an arson conviction or any conviction of a sexual nature will not be accepted.
Admission Requirements
To be admitted, all of our residents must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Submit to an entry drug/alcohol screening
- Sign a Client Agreement and Contract
- Be mentally and physically able to work, volunteer full-time, or attend school. We encourage these activities within two weeks of move-in.
- Be willing and motivated to actively participate in a recovery program
- Be willing and motivated to maintain sobriety
- Be able to financially support housing and personal needs
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) friendly
What’s included
Our program includes the following:
- All utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, premium cable, high speed Wi-Fi)
- Access to washer/dryer within the home
- Multiple flat-screen smart TVs – quantity and location varies by residence
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Comfortable memory foam beds
- Linens and towels
- Monthly professional cleaning service
What to bring
When residents move into one of our homes, they should expect to bring the following:
- Clothing
- Toiletries
- Any personal items
- Food
Our Residences
Transitions Sober Living currently offers six sober living homes in the Denver metro area, including Aurora and Green Valley Ranch. Our homes are located in quiet, residential neighborhoods and are beautiful, well-kept, and high-quality. Situated in convenient locations close to shopping, support group meetings, and public transportation, our homes also offer strong on-site management and supervision.
Along with our amazing locations, our residential rules and guidelines provide a sense of structure and community while allowing a flexible amount of personal freedom. By living in our residences, our clients enjoy a supportive, structured environment that fosters long term sobriety and personal growth.
TSL Resident Life
