Transitions Sober Living provides structured, supportive sober living homes for men in the Denver metro area, includng Aurora and Centennial. We offer eight certified homes designed to feel safe, stable, and welcoming. Our sober living program gives men the structure and support they need to stay focused on recovery. Every home is drug- and alcohol-free, with clear rules and a daily routines that helps build healthy habits. You’ll also be part of a strong peer community that understands what you’re going through.

Transitions Sober Living is proud to be recognized as a Level II recovery residence by the Ohio Recovery Housing Colorado (ORHC). This certification reflects our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and high-quality living environment for individuals in recovery. Our homes have undergone rigorous inspections and meets the ORHC & NARR standards for health, safety, and management. As a certified Level II residence, we adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring each resident’s needs are prioritized, their privacy is protected, and their recovery journey is supported with compassion and respect.
